Van az, amikor a design viszi el a hátán a terméket. Ez a zeneiparban főként így van, a hihetetlen túlkínálat miatt. Filmesek, grafikusok csapatostul dolgoznak a marketingesek keze alá./Sometimes (mainly) good design sells the products. Especially in music industry that has inordinate supply. Lots of filmmakers, graphic designers work hard under marketing supervising.

Amíg nyaralni voltunk, eltávozott a pop kultúra egy újabb megkerülhetetlen alakja, illusztrátor, designer. Ő a Sárga tengeralattjáró (azóta ez minden animált videoklip alfája és omegája) vizuális kiagyalója. 75 éves volt./During our vacation an other icon of pop culture, an illustrator, designer passed away. Visual creator of Yellow Submarine (that all the contemporary animated music videos come from). He was 75.



Mindannyiunknak hiányozni fog./All of us will miss him.

Barátunkkal, Büi Szilveszterrel pályáztunk a Zwack Nemes Pálinka arculatának megújítására kiírt pályázaton./Our friend invited us to compete for redesign identity of Zwack's Fine Spirit products.


A rendszerterv lényege a praktikum (laposüveg két "kupicával", mely könnyen kezelhetô) és a gyûjthetôség+tárolhatóság ("sorolhatóság") volt, a tradíciók megtartásával, mind formailag, mind anyaghasználatban./The matters of our notation were to be handleable (hip-flask w/two cups) and to be collectable+storeable, keeping traditions either in forms and materials.

A nyertes pályázatok (az elôzmények és a kommentek) a MATT honlapján./Finalists (inviting applications and comments) can be seen on MATT's (Society of Hungarian Graphic Designers and Typographers) site.
